Our Story
We are Mark & Summer Cochrane, owners of Down By The Bay Creative Event Rentals. Our story began when we decided to venture into the Event Rental Business to allow our creative side to design and build distinctive items that will be a topic of conversation at any event.

The name of our company, Down By The Bay Creative Event Rentals was inspired in part by a well known childhood song, "Down By The Bay" that we grew up singing. In addition, we currently live Down By The Bay in Traverse City, MI.
